Pandora Ab-zu Ka©

Written by Lee Francis McCabe and Samantha McCabe.

Pandora is the labyrinth of the psyche relating to a sacred object that was brought down from Israel via a tribe called the Lemba people. The tribe's origin dates back to the lost 10 tribes of Israel. The historical legend says that the Lemba tribe split after leaving Israel. One half of the tribe went to Ethiopia while the other half moved to South Africa and settled in the Eastern Transvaal with this mystical object (a sphere) - hiding it from man's greed and the choice of free Will.  Historical documentation relating to a sacred object.

    -----

Numerous tales are told by an old wise man (narrator) from the Lemba tribe. He narrates the stories to his grandson in a “never-ending story” fashion. The sphere is very parasitic in nature and feeds on blood (i.e. life-force) and evolves the more it comes into contact with each generation. (Tale 1: continues through narration).

-----

"This is a multi versed based production with many off shoots” (Tale 2). The story starts in the beginning of time - the birth of consciousness and the mother of man-kind (Lilith/Eve?) that roamed earth. The mother of mankind is punished by the Lemba god, Nwali, for renouncing the Will of the Nwali God. The sphere – which is the skull of Adam, or the first man - manifests through the “Great Mother”, by containing all Her suffering and evil – the “darker psyche of the feminine black pillar” as discussed by Jung.

The next part (Tale 3) deals with the second Anglo Boer war and the search for gold. The story involves Paul Kruger and his lost millions along with a young British soldier who is held captive by the Afrikaners. This is where they come into contact with the sphere - while the Afrikaans soldiers are hiding parts of Kruger's millions.

In (Tale 4), we continue to another section which is more a “ghost story” revolving around a psychologist who is an ex Freemason. His practices deal with the involvement of possessed children - only to learn that the child’s story is much more complex than he himself originally comprehends.

This story (Tale 5) deals with a homeless African man, who comes into contact with the sphere.  The African man deals in the human Muti trade and is a hired killer for a local sangoma called RAMAFAMBA

(Tale 6), named: “The tale of two hearts”, revolves around a Muti wise man and an up and coming political leader, based roughly on Julias Malema. He is so hungry for a rise in political power and seeks guidance from the most powerful Muti man/witchdoctor in the area. (Note: based on “Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein” - creating life to gain power by using methods of dark magic and H.P. Lovecraft's “Reanimator”).

The 7th and final tale (Tale 7) is based on genocide: “A story of apartheid / racial conflict in South Africa and the killing of white farmers”. It begins with an Afrikaans family living on a farm. The family is ambushed and attacked in the middle of the night, by a race of “undead zombie slaves” (as in voodoo zombies – Jacques Tourner's “I walked with a zombie”),  that came from beneath the earth during the blue moon phase.  The Afrikaans family must fight for their lives throughout the night till morning dawns.

(Note: This race of undead zombie slaves are hate-breeders, which refers to a dream I had a few years ago. Killing and destroying on primal instinct based on assault on “Prescient 13” and “John Carpenter's “Ghosts of Mars”, “Prince of darkness”, “Straw dogs” and “Night of the Living Dead”).

"Jacob was only 5 years old when he discovered his shadow for the first time. At first he didn’t know what this illuminating imprint was as the candles in the room gave more life to this new friend of Jacobs. Night-time fell across the African continent. The darkness was like a black velvet cloth that spread over the night sky with stars of silk beams sewn across the beautiful African sky. Jacob's mother came to light the candle in his room, for she knew that keeping a candle alight would drive away the evil spirits. That was 2years ago - by now Jacob was 7years old and had put two years of sheer will power into his new and exciting friend - his shadow. The township he lived, in believed the boy to be possessed and Jacob was constantly bullied by the other children."

Pandora's Shadow Teaser

Set in South Africa, a young African child, Jacob, struggles to come to terms with the demons of his own mind and the shadow forged by man kind through the centuries. The boy becomes the vessel for Pandora's box . Based upon the shadow side concept discussed by Carl Jung, comes the trailer/promo for this occult psychological horror. Doctor Alexander Edwards Wolfgang, an ex Germanic Freemason Psychologist, takes the young child under his wing to discover the secrets of possession and psychology.  In this rather short trailer/promo, we learn and deal with the traumatic effects the boy has undergone in his community and how he has become the outcast. The pieces gradually unfold as the doctor pushes the boy to reveal his own demons and the doctor's dreaded past with a high ranking masonic organization which controls this plane of consciousness.

RICHARD STANLEY:
"A rare glimpse into the twilight realms of a magical culture that has been ruthlessly suppressed ever since the first settlers set foot on the shores of the subcontinent. Now 'PANDORA'S SHADOW' dares to show just how dark that African sunshine can really be. Freud's 'return of the repressed' has never been this terrifying!"
